Lower component weight
Reinforcement options for honeycomb panels and lightweight composite components.
Reinforcement fabrics for weight reduction, structural performance, sound insulation, and vehicle electronics.

JPS materials support automotive weight reduction, structural reinforcement, and insulation. The range includes fiberglass for honeycomb panels, dent resistance, and sound control, together with para-aramid fabrics for structural and impact applications. Woven PCB substrates also support vehicle electronics, with material and finish options selected for the customer’s specific manufacturing process.
Reinforcement options for honeycomb panels and lightweight composite components.
Glass and para-aramid fabrics for dent resistance and structural support.
Fiberglass materials for insulation and sound-dampening applications.
Woven substrates for electronic components and circuit-board laminates.
Woven glass reinforces honeycomb panels and engineered composite layers. Fiberglass also supports thermal and acoustic insulation; door and body-panel layers can be reviewed with JPS as component-specific design needs.
Kevlar® and Twaron® fabrics provide material options where structural strength, impact resistance, and component weight matter.
JPS works with customers to match fabric and finish to processing requirements, raw materials, and supply needs.

Fiberglass supports engineered composite panels and thermal or acoustic insulation. For a proposed door or body-panel layer, JPS can match construction and finish to the component and manufacturing process.

Kevlar® and Twaron® fabrics offer reinforcement options for vehicle composite designs where strength, impact response, and weight matter. Component performance must be established in the complete design.

Fine glass fabric reinforces the resin laminate in vehicle circuit boards. Construction and finish are chosen for the laminate process and electrical requirements.
