JPS celebrated our first Family Day this year with huge success! Employees and their immediate family members were invited to a meal and a fun activity with prizes. In our Statesville, NC facility we attended a Hickory Crawdad’s baseball game and members of our Leadership Team were able to meet the families of some of our employees and thank them for their hard work. In Anderson, SC we held a cookout and picnic event with games, and activities for all to enjoy. Employees even got to dunk some of their leaders in the dunk tank. At JPS, we work really hard…but we also play hard and are excited to share moments like this with our team!
We believe that when families are involved in the workplace, it brings a sense of belonging and pride to our employees. We will continue to look for ways to engage our employees’ families and thank them for their support. Our company-wide picnic is another great example of how we are engaging with the families of our team. This year’s picnic included a bounce house, lawn games, a photo booth, and delicious food. It was a great way for employees to introduce their family members to their coworkers and JPS leaders.
We are so appreciative of our JPS family and the support that they give to each other. We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without them! Family Day and our company-wide picnic are just two ways to show our appreciation for their hard work, commitment, and dedication.
